In the process the grains use the air trunk which drains off chaff, straw, dust or deceased grains. Then the material is passed through sieve layer for separation according to their width and thickness. When this process is complete, after graded material is subjected to air sifter and aspiration chamber where remaining light particles are sucked off by a strong upward draught of air. The graded material and the impurities are automatically discharged in separate chutes.Application:The machine is suitable for cleaning of free flowing material & seeds and grains of all kinds like wheat, rice, barley, maize etc. seeds, grains are fed in to a feed hopper where that are evenly distributed by a feed roller and drop through a controlled gate on the top sieve before falling on top screen grains are subjected to primary aspiration which drains off chaff straw dust deceased grains etc. and are collected in a spout. In this spout there is provision of gate which allows the lifted material to thrown outside. The bigger scalps or oversize material is collected in the self cleaning spouts and the material which passes through the top screens moves over the bottom screen before coming in contact with secondary aspiration ensuring quality cleaning of product. The undersize is collected in bags through self cleaning spouts.
