A pasta maker or pasta machine is a medium-sized kitchen tool designed to simplify the process of rolling and cutting egg noodles, or other kinds of dough to make fresh pasta such as ravioli, lasagne, fettuccine, and tagliatelle.Wheat noodles are produced mainly from flour, water and salt, and the basic steps of noodles production include dough mixing, sheeting, combining of sheets, resting, rolling and cutting, followed by different processing treatments (drying, boiling, steaming, frying and freezing) or a combination of these.Stainless Steel & Mild Steel.Vitantonio was tinkering in his garage one day back in 1906 when he invented the original hand-crank pasta machine. The machine rolled and cut pasta with the turn of a handle. Italian women rejoiced because it saved them from slaving over a rolling pin. Vitantonio was smart enough to patent his noodle-making machine.The noodle cutter is particularly useful for cutting out long strips of noodles while making noodles from scratch - straight from dough to pho. Roll out the dough flat, and then run the cutter over it. The noodle cutter has a 360 degree rollover cut feature which makes it extremely easy to cut the noodles perfectly.Noodles are a type of food made from unleavened dough which is either rolled flat and cut, stretched, or extruded, into long strips or strings.
