Stackers are ideal for narrow spaces and can maneuver more so than other machines, you can create a layout of your storage facility or warehouse that fits your productStacker are large pieces of plant used predominantly to handle bulk materials such as ores and coal. They are typically used with a reclaimer, which recovers the material. Stackers typically move on a rail between stockpiles in a yard, using traction motors powered by direct currentRaw materials are stacked according to their grade by giant machines called stacker-reclaimers. These machines pick up the raw materials and deposit them on conveyor belts using continually rotating 'buckets'. The conveyors then deposit the material according to grade.Also called pallet stackers, these wheeled vehicles move heavy loads and lift them in order to stack them or place them onto storage racks or other high surfaces in warehouses, manufacturing plants, construction sites, and other industrial settings.During the stacking process, the circular stacker transfers material from the bridge belt conveyor to the cantilever belt conveyor through a hopper and then carries out a fixed-point material piling in the material yard to form a conical material pile.
