Product Details
PharmaTech Mass Mixer is specially designed for efficient and uniform mixing of both dry and wet materials. It is widely used in the Pharmaceutical, Food, Herbal, Agrochemical, and Chemical industries for blending powders and granules. The machine comprises a sturdy fabricated frame, motor, gearbox, mixing drum, paddle-type mixing blades, and a tilting mechanism for convenient operation.
A specially engineered sealing system is provided to prevent the entry of black particles or other contaminants into the mixing drum, ensuring product quality. The mixing process can be observed through the dust cover, which also helps minimize dust generation and contamination. The tilting arrangement facilitates easy discharge of the mixed material and simplifies cleaning of the mixing drum, resulting in improved operational efficiency and hygiene.
