91 000 74051 The McCoy Builder PU LM Grey (600 ml) is a high-quality, elastic, one-component polyurethane-based sealant designed for various construction applications. It offers excellent adhesion to numerous materials and remains permanently elastic after curing. The sealant exhibits strong resistance to UV radiation and various chemicals, ensuring durability in diverse environments. Key Features: Easy application Permanent elasticity post-curing Superior adhesion on multiple substrates Outstanding resistance to UV radiation Robust chemical resistance Applications: Expansion joints in buildings with significant movement Sealing and bonding precast panels, wood, aluminum, and PVC joinery seams Curtain walls Concrete roof tiles Connection joints between window and door frames and walls Expansion joints in traditional construction materials Technical Specifications: Consistency: Stable paste Curing System: Moisture curing Density: Approximately 1.20 g/ml Skin Formation Time: 20-40 minutes at 23°C and 50% relative humidity Curing Rate: 2-3 mm per 24 hours at 23°C and 50% relative humidity Hardness (Shore A): 40 ± 5 Elongation at Break: Over 600% Tensile Strength: Greater than 1.8 N/mm² Application Temperature: Between 5°C and 35°C Temperature Resistance: From -30°C to 90°C The product is available in a 600 ml sausage packaging and comes in grey color. Other colors may be available upon request. For optimal storage, keep the sealant in its unopened packaging in a cool, dry place at temperatures between +5°C and +25°C.
