Following is the operation of
Mechanical Gripper Feeders Machine
:
- The rotary motion of the feed slide with the help of an eccentric disc.
- Wedge type carbide grippers advance the strip between hardened upper and lower stock guides for proper feeding and to avoid buckling.
- Full rotation roller cams control feed cycle and timing of the pilot release.
- A scale and a vernier are provided for feed length adjustment to ensure operator friendliness.
- Different stock thickness is reset by adjusting the two knurled hand knobs.
