A metallic heating block is provided with holes to receive three capillary tubes and stem type thermometer. The apparatus can measure melting points. The block is heated by superior heating elements and temp. is controlled by a heat regulator. a shadow less lamp is provided to illuminate the capillaries and a focusable magnifier facilities in observations. The apparatus is provided with indicator lamps, heat energy regulator, on off switch, cording etc. W/o cooling plug, thermometer, capillary tube, With cooling plug, thermometer, capillary, Rse-410 Melting Point App. Precision Digital. This is a compact instrument designed for accurate determination of melting points of a solid samples. The unit consists of a built in magnetic stirrer, an electronic controller for adjusting the rate of heating of silicon oil bath, an ON/OFF switch, a pilot lamp, magnifier, a glare free illuminated background, a high low range selector switch and a digital temp indicator cum controller with PT-100 sensor.
