Micro Pulveriser is a high-speed hammer and screen mill, which accomplishes size reduction by mechanically impacting process material. This method of size reduction is characterized by relative high energy and short residence time, minimizing heat build up during the milling process. The pulverized material is carried out of the mill by the flow of air moving through it. The size of the pulverized particles released from the grinding section of the mill is determined by a classifier separator. If the coal is fine enough to be picked up by the air, it is carried through the classifier.in engineering, fine crushing of a solid material (to particles of less than 5 mm). Pulverization is used extensively for the concentration of mineral products in mining, as well as in metallurgy, the chemical industry, and construction. Soil pulver izers shatter hard, compacted ground and break down chunks of soil. They have a variety of uses, such as preparing gravel driveways for new rock, breaking ground for new gardens, and finishing seedbeds for landscaping or specialty crops.
