The Mild Steel 60 PHR Bimetal Riveting Machine, 230v, Usage or Application: Hardware processing runs on 230 V and needs only a standard wall socket. A 3 HP motor drives every cycle - the tool repeats each rivet with the same force. It sets sixty bimetal rivets each hour - that speed suits shops that turn out medium sized batches. The frame measures two metres long, one plus a half metres wide and stands two point two metres high - the box shaped steel body stays steady while the ram moves. Mild steel plate forms the whole frame - the metal resists knocks but also rust and keeps the unit working for years. Once the operator presses the start switch the machine feeds, clamps and rivets without further help - output rises as well as hand work falls. The unit ships ready for work and waits on the shelf for immediate delivery to any hardware line that needs reliable rivets.
