The Mild Steel FIA RAM 400 Automatic Crash Boom Barrier, Size: 600 X 890 X 1230 Mm is a strong barrier built to manage and guard busy entrances. It consists of thick mild steel that survives hard knocks plus lasts for years. A small industrial computer controls the arm - the arm lifts or lowers without human help. The motor needs 230 volts and 1500 watts and it keeps the same force every cycle. The arm needs eight to ten seconds to rise or drop - the time is set to suit the traffic. The housing meets IP55 but also works from minus twenty degrees to and seventy degrees - rain, dust, heat or frost do not stop it.
