Fully Automatic Electroplating Plant - 3000 L, Rack Line is a machine for plating metal that uses mild steel in its construction. It has a horizontal tank with a capacity of 3000 liters. The machine uses a rack line to process many metal components at one time. A Programmable Logic Controller manages the movement and timing of the system. It carries out the deposition of nickel, gold, copper, tin, chrome, alkaline zinc, zinc and acid zinc onto surfaces. The frame is thick to prevent structural failure over time. In its operation the system repeats the same movements without manual intervention. There is a high ratio of output relative to the energy plus time used. Manufacturers of fasteners, tools and equipment parts use this system to apply coatings.
