This machine is well suitable to resize the raw materials which are to be used to prepare the briquettes. The machine is fully suitable to crush soft materials like groundnut husk, soyabean husk, kuttar or any other biomass material having a maximum diameter size of 30 mm to 50 mm into a finished product of maximum 5mm to 8 mm sizing (As per Client's requirement). The finished product then can be used for preparing biomass briquettes. In some instances it can also be used to resize the raw material for preparing the animal feed. Rajkumar's Heavy Duty Hammer Mill comes with the following Advantages: Properly resizes the raw materials so that the briquettes prepared are smooth, have better densification and increased calorific value. Abrasive nature of the raw material is reduced and smoothened, which in turn results in the reduction of the wear and tear of parts during densification process. The briquetting process takes less amount of power due to the proper grinding of the raw material from this machine.
