The Rapid pan concrete mixer is a high capacity concrete mixer ideally suited to the ready mix industry, offering large outputs from 0.5 m3 to 4m 3. Pan mixers are specially designed, study in construction and easy to mix Flyash, Lime, Gypsum, Cement, Sand and Coarse aggregates. The concrete mixed in pan mixer improves the quality and strength due to attrition exerted by the pressure of the CI rollers.There are two main types of mixers: batch and continuous. In each type there are several configurations. The efficiency of a mixer is determined by the homogeneity of the concrete produced.A coil is positioned between the magnetic field. Whenever a current flows through the coil, it encounters a magnetic force that causes it to rotate. This mechanical energy rotates the blades the of mixer and grinder, which grind the ingredients.
