Shrink Wrapping Machine With Web Sealer is the ideal solution in case of space restrictions, featured by its unique linear design, compact size and small footprint, Besides, the infeed direction of the product does not need regulating during the packaging process and it has no limitation on the length of products. It can be operated as a stand-alone unit or be integrated into a production line to achieve the process of products infeed, film wrapping, sealing & cutting, shrinking, cooling and shape-forming automatically. Features: √ Unique frontal infeed design. √ Compared with a side infeed machine, it has advantages of high speed and small footprint. √ Specially-designed sealing cutter that ensures perfect sealing without cracking or film sticked to the cutter. √ Advanced technology and artwork introduced from abroad ensure stability and reliability. √ Mitsubishi PLC achieves light, mechanical, electrical and instrumental integration. √ Frontal infeed design to accommodate the products of various lengths. Imported photocell that ensures accurate positioning. √ High-quality durable conveyor belt, variable conveyor speed control via a transducer. √ Two sets of horizontal detection photocells aiming at different products enhance the sealing & cutting protection. √ An ergonomic electric cabinet that ensures ease of operation. √ Longitudinal double sealing & cutting system can be installed for totally enclosed PE shrink-wrapping as required. √ Double blowing motors in model BS-6040L guarantees even heat distribution inside the tunnel, which leads to the good appearance of the finished package. √ Adjustable hot air guide structure inside the tunnel, energy-saving. √ Solid steel roller covered with durable imported silicone gel pipe, chain type conveying. Application: 1. Semiautomatic sleeve sealing machine is applied to heat shrinkable film such as PE, PP, etc. 2. The machine is ideal to shrink package single and multiple products that are relatively long, or beverage, beer, mineral water, pop-top cans and glass bottles, etc., with tray or carton. 3.
