Base Frame:Base frame is made of pressed mild steel channelThe main structural element is of 100 mm x 50 mm ''C'' channels and cross member is of ''C'' channels section size 75 mm x 40 mmSide and End Walls:Side & end frames made out of pressed sections of suitable profiles/pillars of sufficient strength with exterior wall made up of 1.8 swg M.S specially corrugated sheets9 mm particle board are used for interior walls where steel sheet are treated for corrosion resistancePanels are vertically corrugated with sheets that are continuously welded to top side & base structures so as to offer better strength to weight ratio where all gaps are sealed at edges and at seams, bottom etc to prevent ingress of moistureFlooring Systems:On bottom frame 18 mm thick plywood, bison panel/E board is fixed by means of self taping screws and PVC vinyl flooring shall be fixed on the panelsRoof:Self draining type roof is provided using 1.8 swg thick M.S. sheet with adequate roof bows Roofs are adequately cambered for draining of rain water and interior panelling is done in 9 mm particle board with adequate insulationPaint:Epoxy Zinc Phosphate primer & synthetic Epoxy paint is used for final 2 coatsCorrosion free and fire proof paintsInsulation:50 mm thick Rock wool insulation is used for walls & 50 mm thick Rock wool insulation is provided for roofAluminium Windows:Aluminium sliding type powder coated windows provided that are made of aluminium section, 5 mm thick, tinted glasses are to be fitted to itElectrical System:Readymade Portable Cabin provided with electrical wiring suitable for 250 volt, 50 HZ single phase AC power supply All electrical wiring are concealed where suitable copper cables are used for lighting circuits The copper cables used are of 3/19 cable for lighting circuits ISI mark & concealed PVC conduits insulated copper wire are used for wiring required to be done in PVC conduit with small size distribution board with MCB protection and to separate with main supply
