PORTABLE BLAST FREEZER Features: Our Blast Freezers & chillers reduce the temperature very quickly & cut the bacterial growth so as to achieve hygiene & increase storage life. Blast chilling is a method of cooling food quickly to a low temperature that is relatively safe from bacterial growth.
Bacteria multiply fastest between ( 8*c to 68 *c ). By reducing the temperature of food from 70*c to 3*c within 90-120 minutes,the food is rendered safe for storage & later consumption. this method of processing food is commonly used in catering & in instant foods,as it ensures the safety & the quality of food product..'AHATA Industries Blast Freezers & chillers are very economical & power saving.These require very little repair. AMC rates are quite low.Since our Blast Freezers & Chillers are designed to work on tropicallized conditions so performance better than others.
Automatic & Manual defrost system is provided in our Blast Freezers. Automatic Deep Freezing & chilling function after cooling process is finished. Chamber is made of high quality SS-304, to make 'AHATA Industries Blast Freezers & chillers hygienic for your food. Ahata Industries Blast Freezer special features:-
Extra size condenser means, more cooling more C.O.P., less power consumption Tropicallized designing to perform in 50 deg C ambient conditions. High capacity suction fans which can carry more suction heat and maintain humidity in cold room automatically. Fully automatic electric/air defrost system.
