Product Details
Shreyash Machine Tools offers the SG150 Mini Surface Grinder Machine, a hand operated machine built for small workshops and precise engineering jobs. The grinder handles work up to 150 mm by 300 mm plus accepts 6 by 12 inch parts. A gap of 200 mm between the table and the wheel allows thick flat parts to pass under the abrasive rim. The cross slide moves in steps of 0.05 mm - the vertical slide moves in steps of 0.001 mm - the operator controls thickness within microns. A 200 mm diameter, 13 mm thick, 31.75 mm bore grinding wheel runs at 2800 revolutions per minute but also receives power from a 0.75 kW single phase motor. The whole unit, ready for immediate shipment, stands on a 150 mm by 300 mm magnetic table and has a total mass near 600 kilograms.
