Elegant look with transparent & insulating dispensing head. Direct expansion cylinder for quick and efficient freezing. Refrigerated mix hopper storage to keep the thick shake mix at hygienically ideal temperature. Well crafted beater with polymer scraping blades results in higher overrun and easy extraction. Automatic microprocessor based control system for consistent output. Separate hopper refrigeration maintains mix below 5°C in auto and standby modes.(separate compressor for this) Blender is also attached to the machine to mix toppings and inclusions in the shake. You can produce different types of shakes by the Base Thick Shake produced in this machine. Blending will be In-Cup Blending. Precise consistancy control allows you to easily change the consistancy of the Shake according to the type of product insurted,or desired style milk shakes ,or creamy modern shakes with more pronounced ice crystals.
