Product Description

The Micron India 50 KG Mixing Kettle is designed for mixing, heating, blending, and processing liquid, semi-liquid, and suitable viscous materials. It is suitable for food processing, pharmaceutical, chemical, cosmetic, and other industrial manufacturing applications.

The kettle can be customized with a stainless-steel vessel, motorized agitator, temperature-control arrangement, and optional heating system. Depending on the product and process requirements, it can be supplied as a standard mixing kettle, a heated kettle, or a jacketed kettle.

Working Principle

The required ingredients are charged into the kettle.
The motor and gearbox drive the agitator inside the vessel.
The agitator circulates and combines the ingredients to achieve the required consistency.
If heating is provided, the product is heated through the selected heating arrangement.
After processing, the material is discharged through the bottom outlet or by tilting the vessel, depending on the model.
