DESCRIPTION: MOLEX EP HD grease is smooth & tacky with high quality mineral oil & lithium soap based grease incorporating multifunctional, EP (extreme pressure) additives, finely dispersed with graphite and 3% to 4% pure molybdenum disulphide (MoS2), assures long re-greasing intervals when this kind of operation is impossible or must be delayed. It adhesive is firmly to metal surfaces, filling the micro cavities to its excellent adhesion properties. These grease resistance to water washout and the anti corrosive properties is suitable for application exposed to wet environment and in presence of water. It is suitable rolling bearings, wire ropes subjected to extreme mechanical or thermal stress such even in presence of vibrations. It can be used on worksites as universal suitable for both heavy machinery and for parts when the plant is in operation and can be lubricated only at the beginning of every work turn. APPLICATIONS MOLEX EP-2 HD is recommended for multipurpose applications in heavy loaded plain & anti-friction bearings industry like Steel, Sponge Iron plants, Metal (steel, aluminum, copper), Cement, Sugar, Paper & Chemicals. Applications in severe environments where continuous low & medium speed bearings with high shock loads, high temperature, copious water presence and at high vibration levels for heavily loaded applications such as in slip seal in kilns of sponge plants, Couplings, Fibrizer bearings, ID & ID Fan bearings, bushing and pins intermittent with very high temperatures are experienced. MOLEX EP-0 HD and MOLEX EP-1 HD provide good low temperature pump ability and are suitable for centralized lubrication and other applications where low temperature performance is required. MOLEX EP-00 HD and MOLEX EP-000 HD is semi-fluid grease designed for Wire Ropes, & Enclosed Gears, and Bearings lubrication in many other Industrial and Constructions Applications: Stone Jaw Crusher, Gear Cases, Chain Cases, Underwater Dredging buckets (cutting heads), Rigs Jacking legs on Offshore Drilling and Marine Wire Ropes because of leakage due to worn or missing seals.
