Bifacial solar modules have become the industry standard for high-performance solar installations in 2026. Unlike traditional "monofacial" panels, bifacial modules capture sunlight on both the front and rear sides, essentially turning the ground or roof underneath into an extra power source N-Type TOPCon Technology: Most bifacial panels now use N-Type cells, which reach efficiencies of 22–24%. These cells are more durable and perform better in the high heat of summers. Bifaciality Factor: High-end modules now achieve a "bifaciality factor" of over 90%, meaning the back side is nearly as efficient as the front. Durability: The glass-on-glass design makes these panels incredibly rigid, resistant to moisture (PID-free), and often comes with 30-year warranties.
