Blown film is another extrusion processes used to fabricate film products. In this case the extrusion die is shaped as a circle and air pressure is used to further expand the film. After it is expanded to the desired dimensions it is cooled to solidify the polymer.it is heated and melted into a viscous liquid between rotating screws and barrels of the extruder. This allows for the polymer to be fed through a die that shapes it in the form of a tube. This tube is then carefully inflated, so there is no risk of tearing, into a bubble by injecting it with air.The offered blown film plant is used for making the plastic film or sheet. This blown film plant is manufactured by optimum grade raw material and sophisticated technology in synchronization with set standard.Cast extrusion is a plastic manufacturing process where plastic resins are melted and pushed through a slit die into films or sheets, cooled down, and then wound up to the final roll prod ucts.
