Bottom Frame 100X50MM formed MS C channel of 5mm thick. ISI Marked  Stiffener Bottom 80X40mm Tubular Pipes, 80X40& 50X50mm Tubular Pipes. ISI Marked  Top Frame Frame made of 50X50mmTubularPipes. ISI Marked  Stiffener Top 50X50mm, 25X50mm & 25X25mm Tubular Pipes. ISI Marked  Side Wall Stiffeners Corner post shall be of 50X50mm Tubular Pipes, 50X50mm Tubular Pipes & wall thickness of 50mm. ISI Marked  Panelling Outside Specially corrugated 1mm thick JSW GP Sheet welded on MS frame. ISI Marked  Internal Wall Panelling The panelling of side walls and roof shall be of 8 mm thick Pre laminated MDF Board & all vertical and horizontal corners shall be neatly and smoothly finished with Aluminium sections.  Roof Outside 1 mm thick JSW GP Sheet Properly Sloped with Water tight. ISI Marked  Bottom Flooring On the bottom frame 18 mm thick Bison panel sheets shall be fixed Tapping screw with vinyl carpet mat 1mm thick.  Aluminium Sliding Windows Double shutter sliding Aluminium Powder Coated Windows of 1.2mm Thickness with 5mm thick glass for all Windows, safety grills from outside &canopy on the top of windows  Main Door The door shall be of external opening type made out of the same Material as wall panels& canopy above the door. Framework by tubular pipe of 25X25& the door interior shall be finished with same material matching with that of the Cabin interior. Door with Standard hardware locks & handles  Insulation 1.25inch thermacool ceiling & side walls.  Wiring All wiring shall be concealed and shall be PVC insulated copper wires of ISI quality, suitable for 240-volt, 50 HZ single phase AC power supply with MCB protection.
