Provides an easy way to cut panels while not chipping the laminate boards and keeping the panel both straight and squared out.A sliding table saw is basically the same as a cabinet saw, a stationary, large table saw. The only difference being, where you traditionally have the [stationary] table on the left side of the blade, we now have a sliding table on the left side of the blade., Panel saws are used by cabinet shops to easily cut panels, profiles, solid wood, plywood, MDF, laminates, plastic sheets and melamine sheets into sizes or cabinet components. They are also used by sign shops to cut sheets of aluminum, plastic and wood for their sign blanks.The table saw (or stationary circular saw) consists of a circular saw that can be raised and tilted, protruding through a slot in a horizontal metal table on which the work can be laid and pushed into contact with the saw.With sliders, all you do is put the sheet in place and push. The sliding table guides the work past the blade in a perfectly straight path.
