Semiconductor Materials.

Vacuum-Formed Alumina Ceramic Fiber Material And Does Not Drop Powder In High
Temperature; Heat Capacity Is Small, Energy Saving Above 50%.
Ø The Heating Element Is Made Of
High-Quality Silicon Carbide Rod, Which Can Bear Large Load, Stable And Long
Service Life; The Silicon Carbide Rod Is Evenly Arranged On Both Sides Of The
Furnace, And The Temperature Field Uniformity Is Good.
Ø The Heating Rate Is Fast, Generally
1-10℃/Min To Be Set Freely.
Ø High Precision of Temperature

Ø Using Intelligent PID Temperature
