It is widely used in laboratories, research institutions, educational facilities, industrial testing laboratories, and quality control departments where accurate and uniform heating is required. The furnace is designed with a thermally insulated heating chamber that allows samples to be processed at elevated temperatures while minimizing heat loss to the external environment. The instrument generally consists of a heating chamber, electrically operated heating elements, high-temperature insulation, a temperature controller, a temperature sensor, and an outer protective housing. The internal chamber is constructed from heat-resistant materials suitable for high-temperature operation, while the insulation helps maintain thermal stability and improve energy efficiency. The heating elements generate the required heat, and the temperature control system regulates the chamber temperature according to the selected operating setpoint.
