This proces of Making Puffed Rice from Boiled rice involves heating of Roaster machine through Fuel such as Wood Fire, Coal, Diesel, Kerosene, Lpg gas, etc.Puffed Rice or Muri Roaster Machine is made up of Mild Steel or Stainless Steel. This Machines consists of Main Stands, Hopper and Hopper Stand, Chimneys, .Muri making machines are used for making muri i.e puffed Rice. Available in capacities from 100kg / hr - 1500kg/hr. Puffed Rice or Muri Roaster Machine is made up of Mild Steel or Stainless Steel.The only Raw Material is the Particular Variety of Rice i.e. “Chela Rice” and easily available in across India. SUITABLE LOCATION: Puffed Rice can be manufactured at any location.It is made by deep-frying sun-dried rice grains until they pop. It is then mixed with syrup (and other ingredients like peanuts or sesame seeds), pressed into trays, and dried.Under both the Toyota Production System and lean production, Mura should be avoided by selectively adding capacity or otherwise leveling the work load in the production line.
