Muri making machines are used for making muri i.e puffed Rice. Available in capacities from 100kg / hr - 1500kg/hr. Puffed Rice or Muri Roaster Machine is made up of Mild Steel or Stainless Steel.It is prepared from treated (hydro-heated) milled rice by heating in high temperature air, oil, sand, or also from raw milled rice in microwave field or by the puffing gun. During puffing, rice kernels increase their vol- ume several times and a fully heat-treated crisp, porous, ready-to-eat product is created.Puffed Rice also called Murmura in Hindi, is one of the common forms in which we consume rice. It is also a preferred choice of snacks in India. This Puffed Rice Recipe is a lightly spiced snack made with murmura and some spicesNext the paddy is exposed to the sun for a short time and then parched in hot sand as in the preparation of parched rice. Puffed rice is prepared by throwing pretreated paddy into sand heated to a high temperature in an iron pan. During parching the grain swell and burst into a soft white product.
