MACONS dry-cast concrete pipe machines are the perfect solution for applications that require versatility, productivity, and manufacturing flexibility. The machines comprise a comprehensive range of production stations and vibration systems, facilitating the design of machines with production capabilities up to 2500 mm (98") diameter pipe and 2.5 m x 2.5 m (98"x98") box sections. The MACONS Vertical Casting Concrete Pipe Making Plant is very suitable for the production of every type of concrete pipes, reinforced as well as non - reinforced and with or w/o lining. Production capability Reinforced and non-reinforced pipe Circular and non-circular pipes with a bell or in-wall joint Lined pipe (HDPE, PE, GRP) Jacking pipe Box culvert Manhole cone, ring, base, cover Capacity: Approximately 7 pipes per hour for 300 mm and 3.5 pipes per hour for 2000 mm diameter reinforced pipe, 2500 mm length for single station. With an extra set of outer mold and jib crane, it is possible to boost the capacity further up to 40%. Operation: The machine is semi-automatically operated by 1-2 men, depending upon the specific products being manufactured, the layout of the machine and the selected optional features. With its built-in system for quick mold changes down to 15-30 minutes, the machine comes with the option of manufacturing more than one pipe diameter per production day.
