The MVG55 Valve Gate Actuator system is ideal for medium to large shot weight applications which require sequential filling or cosmetic gates. The valve gate system produces faster cycle times, improved part strength and appearance with increased dimensional stability. The MVG55 has the capacity to sequentially fill the part and the ability to manage weld lines.Due to its high speed multiple gating options and lack of material traps, it will operate with the-most demanding materials, including those that contain fillers.The pneumatic actuated MVG55 is designed for easy installation with the simple mounting in the backplate with integral airways.
