The MX-12525 Fiber Laser Cutting Machine - WITH ENCLOSURE & EXCHANGE TABLE , supplied with a full enclosure and a switch out table, cuts sheet metal with high precision plus speed. It holds a line-to-line tolerance of ±0.05 mm for every metre of travel and handles sheets up to 12 500 mm long and 2 500 mm wide. Laser power is selectable from 3 kW to 12 kW. An AX2000/Cypcut control set governs every motion - the beam follows the programmed path without manual adjustment. The enclosure shields operators from light but also sparks, while the exchange table lets one sheet be loaded as another is cut - idle time stays short. The frame, gantry and motion parts are built from thick welded steel, stress relieved as well as machined in one setup - the structure keeps its shape after years of factory duty. Workshops and metal fabricators gain higher daily output or need fewer manual steps between jobs. The MX-12525 merges stable heavy gauge mechanics with up-to-date fiber laser technology to give clean, dross free edges on steel, stainless, aluminium and other alloys.
