The MX-4020 Fiber Laser Cutting Machine - WITH ENCLOSURE & EXCHANGE TABLE comes with a fully enclosed cover and a two part table that swaps places so you can load fresh sheets while the laser works on the other side. It cuts sheet metal with an accuracy of plus or minus 0.05 millimetre per metre over a work area 4000 millimetres long and 2000 millimetres wide, large enough for medium plus large plates. The laser source is your choice of a Raycus, Max or IPG unit, each built to deliver steady, high power beams that slice through metal quickly. An AX2000/Cypcut control system guides every motion - the head follows the programmed path exactly and repeats the job without deviation. The enclosed cabin keeps the bright light but also sparks away from the operator and the exchange table moves one sheet out as well as brings the next one in within seconds - idle time stays low. The frame, rails and gears are built for daily factory use or designed to run for years with only routine care. Workshops and production plants that adopt the MX-4020 cut more parts per day next to lower the need for manual handling.
