ReArm Bond EBA is a solvent-free, two-part epoxy resin bonding agent provided in pre-weighed kits. It offers high mechanical strength, excellent adhesion, and is suitable for bonding new concrete to old surfaces—even under damp conditions. What is ReArm Bond EBA used for?A: It bonds new concrete or mortar to existing substrates—ideal for overlays, structural repairs, loading bays, bridges, road repair overlays, and jacketing. Also works effectively on damp and vertical/horizontal surfaces.Q2. What packaging options are available?A: Comes in pre-measured 1 kg, 3 kg, and 6 kg kits for easy mixing and onsite use.Q3. What is the pot life and overlay time?A: Pot life is approximately 2 hours at 30 °C and 6 hours at 20 °C. Overlay time is around 6 hours at 30 °C.Q4. How strong is it once cured?A: After 7 days:Compressive: 51 N/mm²Flexural: 35 N/mm²Tensile: 20 N/mm²Shear: 10 N/mm²Q5. How to apply it?A: Clean and prepare bonding surface. Mix resin and hardener using low-speed mixer for ~2–3 minutes. Apply evenly with brush. Place fresh concrete or mortar within 6–8 hours, depending on temperature.Q6. What is the typical coverage?A: Coverage is approximately 2.6 m² per 1 kg kit, though actual coverage will depend on surface porosity and application technique.Q7.
