Type N thermocouple cable is made from Nicrosil (positive leg) and Nisil (negative leg) alloy conductors. It is designed for high-temperature and high-stability applications, providing better accuracy, long-term stability, and oxidation resistance than Type K thermocouples. Type N cables can measure temperatures up to 1300°C, making them suitable for harsh industrial environments such as furnaces, kilns, heat-treating processes, and petrochemical plants. The cable is available with various insulation materials like fiberglass, PTFE, or mineral insulation to suit different temperature and environmental conditions
