KN95 mask manufacturing machines, are used for full automated folding mask production, this machine with high speed production, which can produce 100-120 pieces of n95 masks, kn95 masks, FFP masks every minute. N95 face mask manufacturing machine is capable of producing masks in mass production.An N95 respirator is a respiratory protective device designed to achieve a very close facial fit and very efficient filtration of airborne particles. Note that the edges of the respirator are designed to form a seal around the nose and mouth.The automated N95/FFP2 mask production line integrates mask forming, edge pressing, cutting, ear band welding, nose clip loading and printing. Automated ultrasonic equipment is used for mask forming and manufacturing. Only 1-2 machine operators are required for an entire production line.Place the N95 under your chin with the nose piece bar at the top. Pull the top strap over your head, placing it near the crown. Then, pull the bottom strap over and place it at the back of your neck, below your ears. Do not crisscross the straps.The respirator comprises four layers of plastic: an exterior layer of spun-bond polypropylene, a second layer of cellulose / polyester, a third layer of melt-blown filter material and an inner (fourth) layer of spun-bound polypropylene.An N95 mask filters out 95% of dust and pollutants while N99 mask filters out 99% pollutants. Another major difference is that the ease of breathing is more in N95 masks as compared to N99 marks due to lesser breathing resistance in the former one.
