A Namkeen Malli Machine is a kitchen appliance used to make sev, a popular Indian snack made from gram flour or chickpea flour. Sev is a thin, crispy noodle-like snack that is often seasoned with spices, such as cumin, chili powder, or turmeric, and is a popular topping for chaat and other Indian dishes.Namkeen Malli Machines consist of a container with a heating element at the bottom, a dispenser for the batter, and a perforated ladle or nozzle through which the batter is released into hot oil to form thin and crispy sev strands. The sev is then removed from the oil, drained, and seasoned with spices.
