Titanium Grade 5 Strip Coil, also known as Ti-6Al-4V strip coil, is a high-strength, thin, narrow strip of titanium alloy rolled into coil form for efficient handling and fabrication. Grade 5 is an alpha-beta titanium alloy containing 6% aluminum and 4% vanadium, offering an excellent combination of high strength, light weight, and corrosion resistance. This strip coil is widely used in aerospace, medical, marine, automotive, and defense industries where high-performance materials are required. Typical applications include aircraft components, surgical implants, engine parts, springs, and precision-formed parts. Titanium Grade 5 Strip Coil is valued for its superior mechanical properties, resistance to fatigue and corrosion, and good weldability.
