91 000 74051 NCL ULTIMATE FLEX ADHESIVE is a cement based thin bed adhesive, available in grey or white, that has been extensively polymer modified for the secure installation of extra large tiles and stones on levelled walls & floors. This high quality, factory prepared dry powder includes specialized chemical additives & inorganic fillers. It delivers exceptional bonding strength, ensuring full coverage of the tile surface. This results in a robust, longlasting installation, as opposed to the weaker, less reliable installations associated with traditional mortar. It has good flexible property, impact resistance and water resistance with extendable open time. Features: Self curing Low VОС . Water resistant Suitable for interior & exterior applications Good impact resistant ◆ Excellent tensile ◆ 2 pack system, need to add 5.5-• 6 ltr. Admix- TAD AE 406 for 20kg dry filler pack- 1 as per recommendation •Multi purpose application adhesion strength Good open time Excellent flexible property For external cladding upto 30ft. from ground level Application: For internal and external application on wall & floor and external cladding Covering: Suitable for tiles with porosity less than 3% such as vitrified tiles, porcelain tiles, slim tiles, tile on tile, mosaic tiles, marble, granite & engineered stones Substrate: Cement plastered, cement concrete, cement screed, wet areas, drywall board (gypsum), plywood, calcium silicate, medium density fibreboards, bison panels for external cladding tile on tile (for dry wall applications primer has to be applied) Colour: Grey & White Coverage: Upto 3.5 sq.ft./Kg Thickness: 3mm - 12mm Pack size: Dry fil 20 kg & AE 409-5litrescoverage:- upto 3.5 sq.ft /kg when applied with 6*6mm notch trowel
