The Neeraj NE800 steel stud machine roll forms steel stud and track members for use in wall, floor and truss framing. The standard machine produces stud & track members from 3 5/8″ (92.1mm) to 8″ (203.2mm) widths and 26 gauge to 14 gauge steel.Additional stud & Track kit options:1 5/8″” (41.3mm) Stud & Track Kit (26 to 20 gauge)2 1/2″ (63.5mm) Stud & Track Kit (26 to 20 gauge)Dimpling & Pre-Punching add-on options:Heavy Duty Dimpling & Pre-Punching (26 to 14 gauge) Dimpling & Pre-Punching increases assembly productivity and eases screw positioning on 3 5/8″ (92.1mm), 6″ (152.4mm) and 8″ (203.2mm) web widths and 1 5/8″ (41.3mm) and 2 1/2″ (63.5mm) flange widths. Also the obround dimple ensures proper stud placement on the track. SPEED & EFFICIENCY Producing at 75 feet per minute, this is the fastest machine on the market. The newly engineered servo driven punch simultaneously advances and punches with precision accuracy as the material continually moves through the machine. This state-of-the-art technology allows the user to easily program, via touch screen control, 1 piece to 10,000 pieces at lengths from 3” and up within 1/32” accuracy.
