The SPE Vacuum Manifold System is a valuable tool for chromatographic analysis, specifically in the field of Solid Phase Extraction (SPE). This technique is utilized to prepare samples by removing any interfering substances that may be present, ensuring accurate and reliable results in subsequent analysis.The overall procedure involves several key steps, including activation of the sorbent, sample loading, washing. These steps are essential for either retaining the substance of interest while washing off interfering substances or vice versa. By utilizing vacuum SPE devices, analysts can be effectively concentrated or isolated from complex sample matrices.One of the advantages of using this system is its ability to process extraconal columns /48 well plates with high sample throughput at minimal expense. The solvents and samples are aspirated through the columns / 48 well plates by applying a vacuum ranging from 0 25 inches Hg. Elutes containing the desired product are efficiently collected in collector Rack that are conveniently positioned within a removable rack inside the manifold.To accommodate various laboratory needs, there are options available such as 12 ports, 24ports and 48 well plate manifolds. These configuration ones enable users to handle up to 12, 24 columns or 48 well plates simultaneously; further enhancing efficiency and productivity in sample preparation processes.
