To enable the fault repair, extension, splicing and jointing of existing LV MV HV power cables up to 33kV we also stock a complete range of cold shrink joints. The Nexans Indoor Cold Shrink Termination 12KV (ITK 12-2) is a cold-shrink, single-core, indoor cable termination for 12kV polymeric-insulated cables, designed to withstand moisture and light condensation in controlled indoor environments. This termination type uses a pre-stretched, heat-free rubber sleeve that contracts to fit the cable as its plastic core is pulled out, providing a reliable and compact termination for single-core cables.  Key Features & Specifications:  Type: Cold Shrinkable Application: Indoor Voltage: 12kV (up to 12/20 kV nominal voltage class) Cable Type: Polymeric insulated, single core Technology: Uses pre-expanded rubber that shrinks when the core is removed, eliminating the need for heat.
