Nitib 140 mg (Ibrutinib) contains a drug moiety known as Ibrutinib. It is the type of drug used to treat blood cancers, including mantle cell lymphoma, chronic lymphocytic leukemia, and Waldenstrom's macroglobulinemia. A small drug moiety impedes β-cell multiplication and survival by irreversibly attaching the protein Bruton's tyrosine kinase (BTK), blocking the BTK will inhibit the β-cell receptor pathway that is often abnormally active in β-cell cancers. Nitib 140 mg (Ibrutinib) binds permanently to a protein called BTK, which is vital in β-cell.
