There shall not be bond failure of the specimenwhen tested by slant shear method according to BS 6319pt 4, with M30 concrete.Application instructionsPreparationAll surfaces to be treated must be fi rm, dust free and clean.All laintence should be removed by etching with Reebaklensand wire-brushing. In some cases, the existing concrete mustbe chipped to a sound substrate. Where surfaces are contaminatedwith oil or grease, this should be removed by usinga strong industrial detergent or organic degreaser. Surfaceshould be washed thoroughly with water and dried before theapplication of Nitobond EP.MixingThe entire contents of the hardener can should be poured intothe resin container and the two materials thoroughly mixeduntil a uniform colour is obtained. To facilitate application attemperatures below 10 0C the separate components shouldbe warmed in hot water to a maximum of 25 0C before mixing.CoatingMixed Nitobond EP should be brush applied to the preparedsurface. The new concrete should be placed within 6 hoursat 300C to the Nitobond EP coated substrate, when it is in atacky state.LimitationsNitobond EP should not be applied when the temperature is
