These nitrogen gas generators or N2 generators are capable of purities of up to 99.999% at flow are required for your scientific equipment.Nitrogen generators are used in hypoxic air fire prevention systems to produce air with a low oxygen content which will suppress a fire.One vessel is filled with compressed air at high pressure and runs its cycle, then the other vessel takes over immediately to ensure a continuous stream of nitrogen. When the pressure is released on the first vessel, the oxygen is released back into the air and the process keeps repeating itself.
