The N.S Injection Molding Machine Water Chiller handles commercial cooling tasks. It removes 53 kW of heat - the mold temperature stays steady during plastic injection. The machine rates at 15 tons and runs on 415 V three phase supply, a common industrial voltage. Mild steel panels form the frame plus resist wear for years. Fans blow ambient air across the condenser coils - no cooling tower is required. Operators start the unit with simple controls and reach all service points without dismantling the casing.
