Screw Conveyor (Auger): The screw conveyor helps to move the seeds from the feeding hopper into the press chamber. It consists of a rotating screw that ensures the seeds are fed steadily into the press. Pressing Chamber: The pressing chamber is where the seeds are subjected to pressure. Inside this chamber, the seeds are crushed and pressed by a rotating screw and a stationary barrel or cage. This is the area where oil extraction takes place. Cake Outlet: After the oil is separated, the remaining solid part, known as the "cake" (which is the pressed seed residue), is expelled from the machine through the cake outlet. This is usually a cylindrical or rectangular opening from which the cake is collected. Oil Outlet: The oil, once extracted from the seeds, is expelled from the machine through the oil outlet. This typically leads to a collection tank or container where the oil is stored for further processing or filtration. Motor: The motor drives the expeller machine and powers the screw conveyor and pressing mechanism. It's an essential component that ensures the machine operates smoothly and efficiently. Filter or Strainer: Some oil expeller machines are equipped with filters or strainers to remove any impurities or solid particles from the extracted oil. This ensures that the oil is clean and ready for further processing or packaging. Gearbox: The gearbox is responsible for transmitting power from the motor to the screw shaft, ensuring the appropriate speed and pressure for effective oil extraction. Adjusting Mechanism: This component helps regulate the pressure applied in the pressing chamber. Adjustments can be made based on the type of seed being processed, ensuring optimal oil extraction. Heating Mechanism (optional): Some expeller machines are equipped with a heating system to warm the seeds before pressing, which helps to increase the yield of oil.
