A checkweigher is an automatic machine for checking the weight of packaged commodities online in dynamic condition. It is normally found at the offgoing end of a production process and is used to ensure that the weight of a pack of the commodity is within specified limits.Checkweigher is used in the pharmaceutical industry to ensure total quality and patient safety. Therefore, the precision and operational accuracy of its weight measurement must be perfect. The completeness of the pharmaceutical components that the patient will use is determined by many legislators with regulations.Essentially, when any weight is placed on to a scale, the load cell bends slightly, which causes the electrical signal that runs through the load cell to change. This signal change is due to the amount of electrical resistance the bending causes to the strain gauge inside the load cell.
