The Oxygen Ozonizer Water Cooled Ozone Generator/ 25/hr, For STP produces 25 grams of ozone each hour when oxygen serves as the feed gas. The unit suits sewage treatment plants that need a compact source of ozone. Its casing measures 500 mm long, 220 mm wide and 650 mm high. A closed water circuit removes excess heat so the reactor sustains its rated output during long operation cycles. Industrial facilities apply the ozone stream to purify water and to kill microorganisms - the strong oxidant disintegrates organic pollutants and pathogenic cells. Engineers built the reactor with corrosion resistant parts plus the frame allows direct coupling to pipework that already exists inside a treatment plant. Few moving parts limit service demands but the cell converts oxygen into ozone with high efficiency. Operators gain consistent ozone dosage and meet discharge limits without frequent intervention.
