The Ozonator for STP serves sewage treatment plants with three jobs - treat wastewater, curb bad smells and clean water. It produces ozone at high efficiency so that the plant meets discharge rules plus keeps the air around the site free of odor. A set of safety devices guards the unit - an auto shut off relay stops the machine if a fault occurs. Ozone leakage detectors close the gas path and trigger alarms. Pressure but also flow sensors watch every line and shut the system if values leave the safe range. Each skid ships with hardware for two cooling options - plant staff choose either air cooled or water cooled heat removal so that the ozone cells stay at the best temperature for long life. The unit is new as well as assembled in India - materials, electrodes and power stacks are built for continuous duty under Indian industrial or municipal conditions. Daily output stays steady year after year and service intervals stay far apart. Buyers may order a single machine - no large batch is required. The factory keeps finished units in stock - shipment next to site start up follow quickly after purchase. The frame, piping and control box mount on one skid. Anchor bolts, cable glands plus sample ports are already in place - the crew completes installation in hours. Once running, the machine needs only periodic filter and dessicant changes - no complex overhauls are scheduled.
