Heating coil wound around a ceramic core and isolated from SS/ Incoloy sheath by highly compressed layer of magnesium oxide powder. Because of exclusive manufacturing technique these heaters gives longer life compare to other cartridge heaters and can be operated at higher temperature. Also it is possible to give more wattage in the small sizes. High Density Cartridge heaters can be supplied with built in Thermocouple Sensor and Distributed Watt Density Cartridge Heaters. Std.
